1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is made to order just for you.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes about 3–7 business days in the U.S. 
You’ll get tracking info as soon as it ships.


2. Why did my order come in more than one package?

Some of our products are made and shipped from different facilities.
If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive separately — don’t worry, the rest is on the way.


3. What’s your return policy?

Since everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something’s wrong with your order (like a damaged or incorrect item).
If that happens, email us at contactovereverythingapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.


4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order goes into production, we usually can’t make changes.
If you contact us within a few hours of placing it, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.


5. How do I know which size to get?

Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest going up one for a relaxed fit.


6. What if my package gets lost?

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order seems lost, reach out to us. We’ll contact the carrier and help get things sorted.


7. Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally. (Yet)
